SHOPPING
CheaperCoffee.com stocks over 100 products from more than 30 companies. Products can be located through several different site navigation tools.
Category, by clicking one of the category buttons located along the left hand side of the screen below the CheaperCoffee.com logo, you will be taken to a list of products that fall under the selected category.
Brand, at the bottom of the home page you will find a list of all the brands we currently stock. Inside the site you can scroll through our brand list located in the upper left hand side of the screen. Selecting a brand by either of these method will show you a list of all current items with that brand.
Search, by typing a keyword into the advanced search box and clicking go you will be taken top a list of all products in which the keywords appear. 
ORDERING
The CheaperCoffee.com order process is intended to be quick and efficient, if at any time you have problems please contact us at customercare@CheaperCoffee.com, or call 1-888-779-3952
- While browsing through our site you may purchase a product by clicking on ORDER, this will add the specific item in your ORDER, Items may also be removed at this point.
- When you finish shopping, click "check out" or "view order" and then click "check out'.
- Fill out all of the information on the checkout page and click continue. You will have the opportunity to add a different shipping address.
- After the transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation message, you can now return to our homepage or continue on to the web.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number. Please save the order number in case you need to contact us.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will be processed the next business day. Order before 11:00 AM EST (Monday - Friday) and your order will go out same day.

BACK ORDERS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
CheaperCoffee.com stocks all items listed on our site. It is possible for an item to be out of stock. If an item is out of stock it will be labeled "ships in 2-3 business days." If any item in your order is designated for shipping in 2-3 business days, the whole order will ship at one time, within 2-3 business days. If you need your order shipped in 1 business day, you must remove any items that will delay the shipment. Currently we do not split shipments.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
CheaperCoffee.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards and PayPal Accounts. If you do not feel comfortable giving your credit card online you can call us toll free at 1-888-779-3952. We do not recommend sending your credit card number via e-mail. We cannot accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders or cash. 
SHIPPING
CheaperCoffee.com is currently using a weight based shipping system within the Continental United States. We do not currently ship overseas, to APO and FPO, or to Mexico and Canada. All orders over $80 are shipped at no charge within the Continental United States. We usually use UPS ground service.
There maybe a surcharge for orders west of the Mississippi. We will advise you what the amount is and request your authorization prior to shipping.
Orders of in stock products are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are usually shipped on the next business day.

RETURN POLICY
CheaperCoffee.com strives for your complete satisfaction on every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, via e-mail at customercare@CheaperCoffee.com or call 1-888-779-3952 within 30 days of purchase. If we have made an error on your purchase we will arrange for its return at our expense. We regret that shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
We will refund your credit card with the full purchase price, as well as applicable shipping costs.
